As you have come to expect, the Vital Tribe have attended multiple courses during the current lockdown building upon their vast knowledge to deliver our industry’s leading technical services enabling our guests to receive professional and knowledgeable advice and customer service. One of our main focuses over the last few months has been on customer service and your experience with us, although we have been rated as a 5* salon by the independent ‘Good Salon Guide’ we all felt we can go further. So expect a few small changes on your return to vital. A part of our 100% customer satisfaction strategy this note is to update you on our current position, on when you can visit us again and the new technology we have implemented to give the smoothest booking experience with Vital.
With the Herculean effort the national vaccination rollout proving to be a success and with Infections turning the tide, we are looking forward to welcoming our guests back. We are expecting Prime Minister Johnson to unveil a roadmap that will give us our re-opening date the week commencing 22/2/2020 once this date is published you will be able to book. From experience demand will be extremely high which is why we have developed our new free app which we are asking you to download today in preparation for this announcement. If you are already a guest of ours you will not need to create an account just use the mobile number we have stored for you and you’ll be able to login and either make a booking or amend a booking you may have missed. It’s really easy and quick to use however if you are a new guest or prefer to talk to Carolyn she will be available to take calls the following morning of the announcement. When downloaded please make sure to have ‘push notifications on’ this will enable you to receive booking updates from us.

I hope this note comes as a sign that hopefully we are turning the tide and moving closer to a more normal summer. I don’t know what the date will be on which we will be able to open, but at least we will be prepared to accept bookings from the announced date. You will be able to plan your appointment with us and we have also strengthened our Covid guidelines to now include an emailed COVID symptoms form to be completed by our visiting guests prior to their appointment. We will also be checking temperatures before guests enter the salon along with our existing strategies. I believe we are one of the safest places to unwind and feel Vital.
